What Drives - and Defines - My Coaching Practice?
My coaching practice was born not from textbooks, but from walking through crisis, loss, and reinvention. I’ve learned that our struggles, when integrated with honesty and support, can become our greatest sources of wisdom and strength. In this post, I share what drives my approach—and how integration, authenticity, and compassion define the way I coach.

The Day I Stopped Pretending
In 2001, I reached a breaking point that shattered my “perfect leader” façade. That season of crisis became a doorway to deep transformation, teaching me that authenticity, self-care, and vulnerability aren’t weaknesses—they’re the foundation for truly helping others.
